1889 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-64 Ultra Cameo (NGC). The 1889 Seated quarter is defined by a low total mintage for both business strikes and proofs (12,000 and 711 respectively). This is an all-brilliant example that has deeply reflective fields and sharply contrasting, frosted devices. Just a few minor hairlines are seen in the fragile fields that serve to limit the grade.
