1893 Isabella Quarter. MS-64 PL (NGC). OH. A beautiful near-Gem with strong prooflike qualities housed in an old no-line NGC holder. The fields are reflective and watery, framing sharp and richly frosted design elements. Each side is toned in attractive and original patina, with bronze and teal at the obverse rims and a colorful bloom on the reverse including violet, teal and golden shades.
