1869 Pattern Dime. Judd-704, Pollock-783. Rarity-7-. Copper. Reeded Edge. Proof-65 RB (PCGS). Obv: flowing hair head of Liberty right, tiara on head, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around, IN GOD WE TRUST on ribbon below bust, D of GOD boldly repunched. Rev: oak and olive wreath at center, 10 / CENTS within, STANDARD SILVER arcs above, date below. Lustrous deep mint orange and tan highlights engage each side. The Standard Silver series of this year offers many interesting opportunities.&nbsp;These were issued in sets by the Mint that included all of the Standard Silver denominations of the year. The <em>uspatterns.com </em>website suggests about a dozen examples of the variety are extant.
