1870 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-65 Cameo (NGC). Pleasing toning that blends the desirable russet-gold centers with a frame of teal and blue around the rims of the obverse and reverse. One area of irregular toning on the lower right obverse is noted. Only 1,000 struck in Proof, this splendid Gem Cameo example should please anyone who likes elegantly toned coins.
