Die State 113.4. A Condition Census offering for the otherwise plentiful 1830 O-113 dies, this enticing coin is not included in the Spring 2025 revision to Stephen J. Herrman's AMBPR for Bust half dollars, but based on the listing therein it is tied for CC#3 after coins certified MS-66 and MS-65+. A beautifully toned Gem with soft pearl gray central patina that gives way to more vivid peripheral colors in iridescent champagne-gold and powder blue. Smooth and lustrous, the satin to softly frosted surfaces are expectably smooth at the assigned grade level. Boldly struck and sure to see spirited bidding.
