In fact, if not for some minor hairlines noted under a strong loupe, this coin would grade higher (our opinion). If not for a faint haze at the borders, this coin would be a black and white cameo.. Exceptionally well struck and heavily frosted motifs. PCGS 9, NGC 4. With a mintage of just 950 coins, only 26 coins grade higher. PCGS Price Guide value is $3,000.
