1886 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Proof-65 * Cameo (NGC). CAC. The present largely brilliant Gem Cameo Proof half dollar is a treasure to behold -- its eye appeal is substantial and absolutely deserving of the NGC "*" designation. A hint of pale champagne-gold endorses both sides. This gorgeous Gem Proof survivor from a mintage for the date of 886 pieces is no doubt as pleasing as any other example of the date at the same grade level. Choice and appealing both physically and aesthetically.
