"1789" Mott Token. Breen-1020. Thick Planchet. Plain Edge. EF-40. 165.13 grains. Deep golden-tan with hints of pale chestnut. Evenly centered and nicely struck on both sides, usual eagle weakness present -- this is par for the course with Mott tokens. No marks assail the viewer's eye on either side. Choice for the grade.
