Mintage: 41,083. 6 graded MS-66+, 71 higher at PCGS. 1888 represents the penultimate date within the series and today's survivors derive from a very low mintage. This is a pretty spectacular example given the gorgeous, velvety russet-gold surfaces and sensational strike. All details are fully articulated, right down to the ribbons at the bottom of the reverse. A stellar circulation example with phenomenal luster and surfaces that have remained amazingly free from contact.
