- 1843 Braided Hair Cent. N-4, 13. Rarity-1. Petite Head, Large Letters. MS-65 BN (PCGS). CAC.
This lovely Gem cent displays subtle blue and rose highlights on otherwise antique copper surfaces. Both sides are satiny with a virtually pristine appearance. This example offers exceptional quality and eye appeal for this popular Guide Book1843 variety of the 1843 Braided Hair cent. It would do justice to any high quality type set or specialized early copper collection. Noyes Die State C/A.
