- 1785 Nova Constellatio Copper. Crosby 5-E, W-1915. Rarity-4+. CONSTELLATIO, Pointed Rays. VF-25 (PCGS). A handsome mid grade example with warm golden-brown patina to both sides. Nicely centered on the planchet, the design retains overall bold definition with all devices fully appreciable despite isolated softness to a few of the peripheral letters. Numerous tiny marks and planchet pits are noted, especially in the center of the reverse (the date side), but most are easily overlooked by the unaided eye. PCGS# 813.
