1804 Draped Bust Half Cent. C-6. Rarity-2. Spiked Chin. AU-55 (PCGS). A delightful example of this popular type with considerable orange luster surrounding the design elements. The patina is otherwise dark espresso-brown and without distractions. The reverse die is in one of the latest known stages, with heavy cuds above most of the legends called State 11.0 by Manley and State XIV by Breen. PCGS# 1075. NGC ID: 222G.
