- T. W. J. Collection. A much superior strike and lack of noticeable contact might lead one to consider the grade a bit conservative. Sprinkles of toning scatter toward the obverse upper rim, interrupting otherwise aluminum-grey color. The luster may not be vibrant enough to warrant upgrade consideration but that will not deter collectors looking for a coin in the "sweet spot" of grade versus cost.
