1899 Barber Quarter. Proof-64+ Cameo (PCGS). CAC. This dreamy near-Gem features a bold cameo finish that is fully appreciable in the absence of both significant toning and grade-limiting blemishes. Both sides are fully brilliant, in fact, there being only a bit of pale silvery tinting here and there in the fields.
