1903 Barber Half Dollar. Proof-65 (PCGS). The obverse of this wonderfully original specimen is toned warm gold, fuchsia and cobalt blue, while the reverse is more reserved in olive-gray, russet and silver-apricot iridescence. Universally reflective in finish with a full strike and abundant eye appeal. This handsome Gem Barber half dollar is a significant condition rarity from a mintage of 755 Proofs, the typical survivor of which grades no finer than Proof-64.
