1871 Two-Cent Piece. Proof-66 BN (PCGS). This lovely Gem exhibits dominant olive-brown patina that is warmest in the center of the reverse. Direct lighting calls forth vivid pale orange, salmon pink and golden-olive iridescence -- very attractive. A sharply struck, expertly preserved Gem from an estimated mintage of 850 to 1,100 Proofs.
