Obv:Similar to the design that the Mint adopted or regular issue Liberty nickel production in 1883, although the stars around the border are arranged in a somewhat different manner. Rev:The No CENTS design that the Mint adopted for regular issue Liberty Head nickel production in 1883. This is a sharply struck, satin to modestly semi-reflective specimen dusted with light olive-gray patina. A popular precursor to the regular issue Liberty Head nickel of 1883 to 1912, Judd-1690 enjoys strong demand among both series specialists and pattern enthusiasts.
