1872 Octagonal 50 Cents. BG-940. Rarity-4. Indian Head. MS-63 (PCGS). Colorful olive-gold overtones accent more deeply set yellow-gold shadings. Both sides are semi-prooflike in finish with otherwise pleasingly sharp detail that wanes a bit around the obverse periphery.
