Lot Description

1886-O Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-63 (NGC). This lustrous golden gray Morgan dollar exhibits rich olive-gold and russet toning over most of the obverse, the reverse is mostly untoned, save for a crescent of similar colors at the top. The 1886-O is one of "those" key dates in the Morgan dollar series. Despite the somewhat lofty mintage of more than 10.7 million pieces, Mint State coins are scarce at any level. PCGS# 7168.
