1836 Capped Bust Half Dollar. Lettered Edge. O-113a. Rarity-3. AU-58+ (PCGS). CAC. Richly original surfaces are toned in a bold blend of mauve gray, cobalt blue, antique gold and reddish-rose. Highly lustrous with a sharp, well centered strike, it is difficult for us to imagine a more appealing late date Lettered Edge Capped Bust half dollar at the near-Mint grade level.
