1883/2 Shield Nickel. FS-305. MS-63 (PCGS). CAC. Minimally toned in iridescent gold, this lustrous and satiny example also sports razor sharp striking detail. A significant variety for the issue, the FS-305 is the only one of five known 1883/2 Shield nickel dies on which the 2 underdigit is not evident between the primary digits 83 in the date. PCGS# 3814.
