- 1852-O Seated Liberty Dime. Fortin-101. AU-58 (PCGS). CAC. A heavily circulated Southern issue, the 1852-O Seated Dime is almost always offered in grades of VF or lower. This is the first near-Mint survivor this cataloger has seen in quite some time, and it is a richly original coin with a very nice appearance. Mottled steel-gray and tan-gray patina adorns a base of lighter ""old-silver"" patina. Lightly worn with a bold strike, a lack of outwardly noticeable abrasions further enhances already solid eye appeal.
