We have no idea why this coin is not beaned. In our opinion, as an MS67, this coin looks great! Superior surfaces are super clean and smooth. A bold luster beams from all over. Gentle colors of plum/gold/lilac/nickel vividly swirl all over. All of the details are sharply struck and stand out. The eye appeal is like the quality, great! PCGS 9, NGC 7.
