FROM THE BLUE OCEAN #1 REGISTRY SET Handsome two-tone contrast between the fields and devices. Untoned and gorgeous. PCGS 56, NGC 28, CAC 0. None finer. PCGS price guide lists the value as $550. The Mint issued over 3 million proofs, and yet less than 100 of this date have been graded PR69 DCAM. Clearly only a tiny percentage of the mintage was struck from fresh dies as each was used to strike large quantities. A buy for the set builder or proof type collector. Cert.
