VERY HIGH END! The mirrors are deep, crystal clear, clean and have bold reflection. Honestly we are not sure what PCGS sees to keep it a PR64, only with a strong glass can you find a thin and scattered line or two (that is it). Miss Liberty and every detail are fully struck and clearly display a creamy white frost. The eye appeal is fabulous! Only 700 Proofs were struck. PCGS 16, NGC 6, CAC 4. Collectors Universe lists a value of $3,500 and the only PCGS/CAC coin sold in auction was in June 2010 - hard to believe but that is nearly a decade ago!
