- A visually appealing and original DCAM Franklin. The mirrors are ultra deep for 51. Strong contrast between the deep black mirrors and frosty reliefs. The mirrored fields are watery, clean and icy-smooth with a great, high end look. PCGS 27, NGC 14. The most recent APR is for a CAC-approved coin that sold for $12,925 in our May 2017 Regency Auction and the current PCGS Price Guide lists a value of $10,000.
