- 1865 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Proof-64 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. Inviting golden-tinged surfaces with warmer honey iridescence around much of the obverse border. This is a fully struck specimen, as befits the method of manufacture, with a boldly cameoed finish also imparted by the dies. The eagerly sought 1865 is a challenging Civil War era Proof issue in the Liberty Seated half dollar series.
