- Bert Davies Collection. Marvelously well struck for the date, the obverse shows a mere trace of softness over the ear while the reverse appears to possess full sharpness. The sharpness well complements strong, frothy cartwheel effect, offset by some field abrasions and minor staining on the reverse. (box and certificate included)
