- Bert Davies Collection. Type-1/type-1. Golden lowlights flicker from beneath strong, vintage ash-brown patina, but manages to encapsulate a minimal amount of luster, at best. While probably a reasonably sharp dollar when first struck, the detail shows a minor lack of sharpness due to wear, although the eagle's feathers remain universally well detailed.
