1893 Barber Dime. Proof-65 Cameo (PCGS). Smoky charcoal-gray toning covers the splendidly preserved surfaces of this exceptional Gem Proof dime from the second year of the series; when the coin is rotated beneath a strong light source, iridescent hues of electric-blue, rose, and amber-gold appear on both sides. Essentially free of contact marks or other distractions, with ample reflectivity noted in the fields, and pleasing frost on the central design motifs.
