- One of the more affordable varieties of this date and flowing hair type. A pleasing smooth coin that any numismatist will appreciate for the naturally toned fields and choice surfaces. Beautiful blue toning at the rims. The strike is fairly decent for this variety, although we note some softness on the upper curls of Liberty and on the eagle's breast feathers. There are no disturbing adjustment marks or rim nicks worthy of note, and it is simply a treat to find any flowing hair silver dollar could still look this nice after 211 years. <BR>Estimated Value $4,500 - 5,500.
