O-102. An always popular overdate in the series, Pleasing satin frost survives in the fields. Well struck from clashed dies, This coin was probably dipped ages ago and has since acquired a touch of peripheral toning. Overall this coin is particularly eye appealing. PCGS 20, NGC 11. The last Small 8 12/1 in PCGS AU55 sold in our September 2016 Regency sale, realizing $2,460. The current Collectors’ Universe value is listed at $2,500.
