Lot 702 1839 N-8 R1 Head of 1840 NGC graded AU55.Glossy medium steel brown and chocolate. Mint frost shows in protected areas on both sides. Only tiny contact marks, none notable, and there is some soft dirt nestled into the most-protected places on both sides. A proper bath could uncover more of the underlying mint frost. Nicely struck E-MDS. Our grade is EF45+. The attribution is noted on the NGC label. Value $375 - UP Ex Doug Strain.
