1855-O Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Arrows. WB-Unlisted. EF-40 (PCGS). Obverse with several small lumps in the drapery between the shield and Liberty's legs, the most prominent of which is to the right of the lowest horizontal stripe in the shield.
