- Dark steel-brown with traces of gloss in the fields. Sharp on the obverse and portrait, the reverse is slightly softer with the usual die crack at the center before the face and below. Nicely preserved apart from an ancient vertical scratch on the obverse, close in behind the bust, but the surfaces offer eye pleasing quality overall.
