1868-G Octagonal 25 Cents. BG-745. Rarity-6-. Liberty Head. AU-58 (PCGS). OGH. Crudely reeded edge. Deep honey gold with lively luster and rich crimson and royal blue iridescence throughout. From the firm of Robert B. Gray & Co., active in San Francisco circa 1858-1871, and the successor firm to Antoine Louis Nouizillet. Maker's mark, G, below bust on obverse. An aesthetically appealing example of the variety. PCGS# 10572.
