Highly desirable as this later issue gold dollar is not only rare, but in Cameo Proof, just a handful survive. Fully struck as expected for a Proof, with a small issue of 1,016 pieces the Mint was able to pay close attention to detail. The fields show numerous small hairlines, but are free of any signs of contact, along with the devices. This sparkling little jewel is highly appealing and has earned the CAC designation.
