UNDERRATED, though generally considered a common date, it certainly is NOT with a red designation. Needle sharp design elements. Fiery orange highlights grace red fields. Free of contact marks. Only under intense magnification can some faint fly specks be seen on the obverse. PCGS 30; NGC 9. Only 4 pieces grade MS-65+.
