1820 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-104. Rarity-4+. Square Base Knob 2, Large Date. AU-53 (PCGS). This is a lovely example of this scarce die marriage, both sides warmly and originally toned with the most vivid colors discernible at direct lighting angles. Appreciable satin luster remains, and the devices are boldly to sharply defined from a well executed strike. A strong candidate for inclusion in an advanced collection of Bust half dollar varieties.
