- An original and pristine-looking Superb Gem with colorful, mottled patina across each side. The handsome color is complemented by surfaces that are virtually untouched throughout. This Denver issue represents the tail end of the Morgan dollar series, which had been last struck in 1904, then after several years a revised version of this design was put back into use in 1921 for a final trio of deliveries from the Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco mints. Although large numbers were struck for the 1921-D, upper end Mint State survivors are rare today. This is a coin of superior quality that will enhance any collection.
