Lot Description

1821 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-101a. Rarity-1. MS-62 (PCGS). An original and attractive example with pearlescent silver surfaces beneath a dusting of bronze and blue iridescence. The fields boast an incredible satiny texture and appear lightly reflective under certain lighting. Just a faint trace of friction is noted across the high points, but there are no distracting abrasions to note. Superior for the assigned grade. Provenance: Ex H.I.M.
