Lot Description

27 graded MS-65, 9 higher at NGC Blistering white and struck off of noticeably clashed dies, this high-mintage dime brings some intriguing characteristics to the table. A lengthy rim break shows on the obverse from 8:00 to 10:00 as well as a die crack through the top of Liberty's head and others on the reverse threatening to cud portions of the wreath. Surprisingly well detailed for an issue sometimes found softly struck.
