Losbeschreibung: This is the SINGLE HIGHEST GRADED 1886 dollar in the DMPL category at either service. Bold and brilliant, both sides of this SUPERB GEM have a strong reflective luster that blazes with a deeply Proof like flash. Icy silver surfaces have just the most subtle dusting of pale iridescent toning. The devices are very sharply struck up and the devices have a nice frosty texture. Aside from a single very minute graze in front of Liberty's chin, the surfaces are PRISTINE and have a great look. PCGS 0, NGC 1. This coin sold for $10,200 in November 2021 and it should be noted that PCGS has not graded anything finer than MS66+ in the DMPL category.
