1892-S Barber Half Dollar. EF-45 (NGC). Rather dark gunmetal-gray with scattered abrasions from handling beneath the toning. With a mintage of just over 1 million pieces, these tended to circulate and locating a high grade example has always been a challenge for the date collector. First year of issue and scarce.
