1903 Indian Cent. Proof-64 RD Cameo (NGC). CAC. Outstanding quality and one of the rarest issues to find with the Cameo designation. In fact, NGC has certified only one other example with Cameo contrast, that in the Red and Brown category. Mintage of 1,390 pieces of which perhaps half survive and are certified today. Fantastic golden-red throughout, with just a hint of specks and bold orange peel surfaces. While the overall quality and eye appeal are fine indeed, it is the Cameo contrast that stands tall here.
