Lot Description

1787 Vermont Copper. RR-14, W-2105. Rarity-4. Mailed Bust Right. VF-25 (PCGS). 107.0 grains. Delightfully glossy with blended chocolate-brown and lighter caramel patina. The obverse is drawn slightly towards 12 o'clock, while the reverse is ideally centered with nearly full denticles. A trace of the late die state cud is just beginning to form at the rim above the seated effigy. Very attractive and nicely defined for this die pairing. Provenance: From the Bill Gleckler Collection.
