- Not all PL coins are equal, as is the example here. This coin, while not fully DMPL, certainly makes the viewer enter that debate. A primarily white example with just a touch of rim toning around the peripheries. (For accuracy, the reverse edge rail has several chips, though the integrity of the holder remains sound).
