Here is a mint state coin, demoted because it was struck from worn dies.  Intense, unbroken luster overlays the smooth surfaces.  Aside from weak peripheries the coin is essentially without faults.  From Bowers & Merena in November 1997, still sporting PCGS’ Old Green Label.   Estimate: $850 to $1,100
