1900 Barber Half Dollar. Proof-65 (PCGS). Here is a handsome and fully original specimen, with rich steely-charcoal peripheral toning passes through lighter shades of sandy-tan and pale silver before yielding to virtual brilliance in the centers. Sharply struck, as befits the method of manufacture, with reflective fields and iridescent undertones of vivid blue, pink and apricot.
