Lot Description

1894-S Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-64 PL (NGC). CAC. OH. Appealing mild field-to-device contrast is evident between the reflective fields and lightly frosted design motifs. A sharply struck and attractive near-Gem with eye appeal that is enhanced by gold and russet-red peripheral patina. A handful of wispy marks keep this piece from grading even higher. This issue is not rare, but it is very scarce in Prooflike condition.
